In Columbus this week, I had the opportunity to give testimony before the Ohio House Primary and Secondary Education Committee on my legislation to eliminate the high stakes reading assessment for third graders. https://t.co/mIsWvJi93D
As a retired teacher, I believe the education process for students should not be so heavily weighted on these assessments and end-of-course exams. With this legislation, we can scale-back on the high-stakes nature of testing. https://t.co/HYDs3s6oWI
