@cw_caucus_ky @IBTLocal783 Many counties will qualify for a zero cost lease agreement with a third party vendor. The vendor will get paid a percentage of the citations they issue and collect. Counties that dont qualify zero cost lease agreement will get an exemption and only require install on new buses

@cw_caucus_ky @IBTLocal783 Theres an estimated 484,000 illegal school bus passes annually. At the minimum citation cost this bill could generate over 96,000,000 annually. Thats 484,000 times a childs life is put in danger. We owe it to our children to stop the illegal passing of these school buses
