Has anyone audited whether the state delegates were qualified and properly elected? Was the convention vote legitimate? #ElectionIntegrityMatters #utpol

I don't care who you are, political violence, rioting, and destruction are wrong. Those who engage in these behaviors should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

When thinking about government… Don’t think about how beneficial or valuable that “tool” (authority, program, etc.) is within your control. Think about how it could be used as a “weapon” against you when in the hands of your opponent. Limiting government is good for many reasons. #utpol

Former GOP Rep. @WalshFreedom is right. "Republican silence and Republican cowardice is going to be one of the main throughlines” of this time in American history. Principles matter! Thomas Paine wrote: “These are the times that try men’s souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.” #utpol #VoteFrugal

Liberals are melting down over ending Chevron Deference, framing it is an attack on democracy and an overreach by federal courts. However, the Chevron doctrine, established by the Supreme Court, directed lower courts to defer to agency interpretation of statutes. It is within the Supreme Court's purview to overturn its own precedent, especially when issues arise from it. Now, the Supreme Court mandates that courts independently evaluate the reasonableness of an agency's statutory interpretation, rather than automatically deferring to it. #utpol
