HB 2001 passed the #ksleg House 78-40. I voted No. This bill is unconstitutional and places an unreasonable burden on Kansas businesses, which is why it's also opposed by the Kansas Chamber of Commerce and NFIB. I'll continue to oppose the legislation as the session continues.
