@isawsparx2 @meaccoleman @NickBSchroer Very hypocritical to judge people about who's wealthy, esp since I saw no less than 3 democrat senators and 10 democrat reps eating at the same place at the same time. Btw thats a republican rep taking a picture for a table of democrats eating in the background.

@moll_aj @tonylovasco @CoraFaith4MO $10 ticket and it's secondary law. I'm not sure moleg could stomach that much freedom. I mean do you really want to put someone in jail for a $10 ticket or for not buckling up? We have a bunch of laws we should ask that question, is it worth sending someone to jail?

@jeremycady @CoraFaith4MO @BadtotheBohn @moll_aj @tonylovasco Seatbelts in the state are secondary law, a officer cannot make a traffic stop for seatbelt infraction. Some cities have changed it to a primary law, that's a local issue.

@JeffCoHealthMO Do you know when each test was actually performed? Also what's the total test number, and positive vs negative?

@CoraFaith4MO @moll_aj @tonylovasco It is a consequence of enforcement, but people have also figured out nothing happens for infractions. If there is no enforcement, how do you change the behavior? Speeding, don't show to court no consequence. Why would people stop speeding?
