Today, the SC Senate Passed an Amendment (32-10) to SUSPEND ALL Federal & State Mandated Standardized TESTING for the 2020-21 School Year. As amended, this COVID-19 bill passed 43-0. 3rd Reading tomorrow morning, then to the House... then to Governor McMaster, for his signature.
Generals would NEVER send their troops into battle without their M-16s. Without their weapons! But SC Leaders are doing this very thing to our school teachers, cafeteria workers, custodians. Demanding Teachers go face-to-face 5-days-a-week with 100’s of thousands of children!.
