@MikeBradleyMKE @PhilipRocco This is not accurate. The PPT is being backfilled by the State. Milw loses nothing. And can u provide documentation that PPT was 1/3 of Milw City<U+2019>s tax revenue? The total backfill for the whole state will be around $150 million. I<U+2019>d be shocked if PPT was 1/3 of revenues 4 Milw.
