Discussing bill requiring students who receive OHLAP (program that makes it possible for students to attend programs and further education) and don’t finish designated programs have to pay back OHLAP funding. Life happens, we need to encourage education not penalize-discourage.
Listening to Repubs say good things about a Dem bill and use the word bi-partisan concerning drug cost, describing it as criminal is despicable. Out of 70+ bills that we will hear today, maybe four Democratic bills will be heard. That’s not my idea of bi-partisan work.
