Me when an empty DeSantis suit says maps are <U+201C>race neutral<U+201D> but it eliminates half of the Black representation in Florida https://t.co/IqTfzTFFud

Leadership is allowing the Governor to draw the new Congressional maps. Last time I checked, I was elected to serve the people of Jacksonville, not Ron DeSantis. If he thinks we<U+2019>re going to just accept his plan to disenfranchise Black voters in our community, he<U+2019>s dead wrong. https://t.co/ak8Fp4vU1z
The new trauma center is opening in my district, within walking distance from my home. I guess our invites got lost, just like Black representation under DeSantis<U+2019> new maps. https://t.co/L4wQO4hnQJ
The Governor vetoed the Congressional maps, as promised. Now the FL Legislature is being called back to Tallahassee for the purpose of redrawing the maps, which I fear will disenfranchise Black voters. The attacks keep coming...

I spent 13 years at the Supervisor of Elections office, teaching people that their vote was their voice. I've fought against flagrant attacks on your right to vote, and now I'm bringing that fight to the Florida Senate. https://t.co/4j7lmyw9U6
surely the legislature wouldn<U+2019>t put in a last-minute, vague elections bill that could cause sweeping change to our democr- oh wait. https://t.co/khSpJifY22
People are struggling to afford rent and keep food on the table and DeSantis and his people are focusing on culture war nonsense. Instead of policies to help improve the lives of Floridians, we<U+2019>re flooding the streets with guns, banning books, and gutting Black History.
Ron DeSantis thinks he can push his extreme political agenda on FL women, robbing them of their reproductive rights. As your state senator, I<U+2019>ll fight to protect your reproductive freedom & keep personal medical decisions between you & your doctor. #NotOnMyWatch #VoteTracie https://t.co/WFud3VzoXf
