Rest in Peace, Rex Hime. A fine man, Rex had an engaging & dignified way with people, even as he shared his always incisive views. It made him well-liked & <U+201C>in the mix<U+201D> in Sacramento for decades. We worked together many years & in 2022 I administered his last Fair Board oath.
