@AlmontBrian Every single state employee and anyone else who's paid with state funds? That's the way it's always been. And every professional in the private sector, for that matter. No one is guaranteed anything from one year to next.
@fotbalcoach @SenatorShealy @FanningforSC @GregHembree Actually, I think that's most of SC. Very few SC professionals are guaranteed annual pay increases, so they rarely know if they'll get an increase. But what do you propose here? That the state require districts to provide guaranteed increases of 2% after year 24?
