If we hope to address the job shortage in Indiana, we need to raise the minimum wage in our state. Indiana is one of only 20 states with the stagnant minimum wage rate of only $7.25, which has not increased in over a decade.
Going forward, we must refocus on Hoosier workers <U+2013> a strong economy is the result of a strong workforce.
