I think the takeaway from the Governors briefing today is that the eat-in restaurant industry is essentially going away. They cant survive with a continued shutdown through June 1 or later. Barbers, hair salons, gyms, and other shuttered businesses will also be in jeopardy.

Senate Leader Phil Berger today called on Governor Roy Cooper to grant counties local flexibility to reopen hair salons & barber shops. 25 states, including nearly every state in the Southeast, have already reopened them in some capacity, and 3 more will in the next few days.
