There is buzz in the state capitol that legislative Republicans are waiting for public schools to break for the summer before they seek to break them permanently. They're planning to again underfund them while prioritizing funding for private schools, through vouchers. <U+0001F9F5> 1/

We just visiting the kiddo's new classrooms. There will be 30 kids in one small room with no air conditioning because the state refuses to fund it. In the meantime, the Brewers have air conditioned suites that taxpayers funded. Our kids deserve better than these scraps.

So no $100 for @RebeccaforReal. And you owe Wisconsin an apology for wasting our time, lying, and for being a part of the Walker administration that slashed our kids<U+2019> public school funding. Keep fighting friends. We<U+2019>re winning.

We have another claim for the $100 I put up for anyone able to prove Critical Race Theory is being taught in a public Wisconsin grade school. This time, it<U+2019>s none other than former Lieutenant Governor and current candidate for Guv, Rebecca Kleefisch. Let<U+2019>s see how she does. <U+0001F9F5> https://t.co/3OqGKGkt9e

So to use her own phrasing, why are Republicans lying to us and telling us Critical Race Theory is being taught in schools when it<U+2019>s not?

Is it because they are the ones who delivered the largest cut to K-12 education in state history and still refuse to fully fund our schools while sitting on a $2.5 billion surplus? https://t.co/yr1cR0kMd3
