@seanghio @Urban_Dispatch @CTTRANSIT Fairly confident this is not accurate. There is no special shuttle for legislators. It's called a State Capitol Connector because the route goes by the capitol down cap avenue. Have taken CT Transit a gazillion times.

@KRDemCT Agreed. I often thought we should devolve more DOT functions to our COG most of who also serve as our Metropolitan Planning Organizations. Let's DOT manage highways and rail. Let's regions manage others transportation functions.
