Today the House passed my bill, H 256. What does the bill do? 1. Prohibits minors from being in attendance at sexually explicit drag shows. That<U+2019>s it. This bill is very simple and it does not ban drag shows or other performances. It simply protects our children. #idpol #idleg https://t.co/1eAaNSx8cU

If opponents of this legislation would like to explain why we desperately need children to attend sexually explicit exhibitions, I<U+2019>m all ears. For my part, I will stand with Idaho parents (and the drag performers, BTW) who don<U+2019>t believe children should be attending these shows.

To be clear, this bill is not about <U+2018>censorship<U+2019> or <U+2018>book bans.<U+2019> H 139 is narrowly and meticulously focused to remove obscene materials that are flatly inappropriate for children and that would not be acceptable in any other context. 3/3 #idleg #idpol #idapol #idedu

Yesterday, the House State Affairs Committee voted to approve RS 30080 for consideration, the first step in the bill becoming law. This bill would strengthen our voter ID requirements and close some potential loopholes. 1/2 https://t.co/ieSMxJnE5o

After the reversal of Roe v. Wade, the real work has begun for pro-life legislators - we can do more than just talk. H 374 is a good first step in making Idaho a sanctuary for life, and we have more still to do. #idpol #idleg #abortion https://t.co/PcSqdSija6

The Idaho House today passed a Resolution designating Nov. 7th 2020 as the Victims of Communism Memorial Day. The intent of the resolution is to honor those who have suffered or died under a Communist Regime. https://t.co/wF0EQLZFHk
