Protesters , moms, dads, scholl kids, were outside the Governors mansion demanding schools open up this fall. Our kids future depends on a good education. The teachers union is wrong. We can open up schools and keep teachers and kids safe. Our future depends on it. https://t.co/IhbhslBgbB

How can people think that school is not essential for our children? If a teacher or student is at risk, they can be a part of distance learning.Let school districts decide the best way to do this. If parents dont want their kids in the classroom, they have other options.

Looks like folks are getting serious about making sure Gov Walz does not close down schools this fall. No one under 20 has died of Covid. Its a serious virus, but not enough to close schools. https://t.co/LEOFQBaSQ6

Or we could just open up the schools because we understand our childrens future depends on education. We must acknowledge that for most kids, the classroom is essential. We can do it safely. We must do it. https://t.co/dqvQIoBEtL

Day 167 of emergency powers. We must move towards normalcy. Schools opening safely instead of distance learning is a key to our kids future. Adding complex rules that force school districts towards high school distance learning is not the answer.

Day 179 of Emergency Powers. More medical experts are saying kids in the classroom is the right direction, not closing schools because of Covid. https://t.co/Mc46pEmAJF
