@HoytTuggle Not enough people willing to participate even with rising wages.
@HoytTuggle Probably one reason it<U+2019>s dropping is that people are tired of dealing with inept @Butler4GA and would rather drop out of workforce.
@BrittAlexiss I also didn<U+2019>t realize how much good Goodwill does for re-entry of those who have served time in prison. They also great things for job training and retraining. Both orgs so many positive things.
