@CTGlo We love our osprey nests in Branford. They were once extinct. Then they stopped using DDT and they began a resurgent. They arrive Marchish and are gone in August. Volunteers put these platforms for nests yet they still like to irritate the utility companies & build on tele polls.
@ralvine @GovNedLamont Couldnt tell you but the 2million can be reimbursed by the feds. The plastic bag money goes right to the state.
