The COVID pandemic has fundamentally changed the way restaurants operate -- in order to survive, most had to change their business model to accommodate take-out & delivery (relying on services like @DoorDash, @UberEats, & @Grubhub).
I agree. I’m glad @cboyack mentioned restaurants which were the frontline industry hit hard by covid & have *many* arbitrary regulatory burdens placed on them by the state.
