Thank you to all who joined the Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission Kalamazoo Hearing. It is exciting to see the voter’s will in 2018 being fulfilled and it was great to learn about the process by which these decisions are being made with @Vote4Morse and @JonHoadley. https://t.co/tMEtWHlFIb

I voted in favor of my colleague Senator @stephanielilys Bill 241 to prevent water utility shutoffs for many residents in Michigan. There are at least 1,305 homes in Kalamazoo County who are vulnerable to a water shutoff and will have a better chance under this legislation.

Today I had the chance to tour the construction site for the new Portage Senior Center. I was proud to work with @Vote4Morse and Mayor Patricia M. Randall, to secure $1.5 million toward construction and am excited to see this center in use in 2022. https://t.co/DczXscO0GD
