@EmilyLBastian @thermokarst @DeidreHenderson Lots of misinformation on this issue. Bill requires strict approval from state fire and forestry. The EPA and Army Corps of Engineers are also highly involved in the loan and approval process. I<U+2019>d be shocked if state fire and forestry, EPA, and the Army Corp ignored science.
