Online, everybody knows what<U+2019>s best for my farm. Wow, there are a lot of experts. No development and no agriculture. Do not use the water which I own (that is assessed every year) especially if I grow alfalfa to feed my horses. https://t.co/ZaYvnU6iOR
In all seriousness, there is a lot we can do to conserve water. My farms are extremely efficient with laser-leveled fields and concrete lines ditches. These improvements cut my water consumption in half.

Good news, the legislature invested $75 million for agriculture optimization for farmers to to the exact same thing I did years ago. Some claim this is doing nothing but it<U+2019>s a huge investment.
