The Lincoln Hills of today is not safe. It<U+2019>s an environment Corrections Secretary Carr acknowledges is a traumatic workplace. Staff cannot continue in these conditions. And they certainly can<U+2019>t help the children in their care in these conditions. Lincoln Hills must close.
