The hate-filled image that was spray-painted in Swampscott is a direct threat to those in our beloved Jewish community. We are all aware of and deeply unnerved by the recent rise in antisemitic rhetoric across the nation and yes, here at home. https://t.co/ApiM92Y9Ww

Anti-semitism is at an all-time high in our country. I join my colleagues in condemning the "mapping project" recently unveiled by a Boston-area BDS group, which poses a direct threat to the safety of our Jewish communities here in Massachusetts. https://t.co/v543ADwtoF
1/2 Cowardly and racist hate crimes will not break Lynnfield's resolve in the fight for racial justice. I was proud to march with Lynnfield residents and local officials earlier this year to affirm that #BlackLivesMatter.
Thank you to @KarenSpilka and @RepLoriEhrlich for your work to ensure that every student on Massachusetts' college campuses has access to confidential resources in the event of sexual assault. https://t.co/TW7VlgXFt6
Enjoyed introducing Nate and Ellie to @MassAGO at the @LynnYMCA where she launched her voter protection program and passed out information on voting rights. https://t.co/1EMhLreyg2
Fortunately, Swampscott is a welcoming and caring community as evidenced by everyone who gathered for the solidarity rally this evening. We are sending a message that hate is not welcome here and instead we express our shared values:community, inclusivity, remembrance, & respect.
These displays are a critical step to fight Anti-Semitism in all forms. We must continue to denounce hate wherever we encounter it in our daily lives and push for changes that will combat these injustices.
2/2 I'm heartened to hear that neighbors are reaching out to the victims of these crimes and liftiing one another up, illustrating that these attempts to devalue Black lives and instill fear will not succeed. https://t.co/DJQCKDu9bk
