No one driving a truck caused the Camp Fire that burned down Paradise in my district. Failure to do any forestry management and reckless negligence by one of your biggest donors DID. What we need is bold action against the special interests that control Sacramento. https://t.co/GSPqhqUPPM

NEW: Snowpack is now 200% of normal for January. Drought should be over, right? Think again. In backwards CA, we don<U+2019>t store water efficiently and the manmade drought will persist. #BuildSites
Allowing excess water from these storms to flow out into the ocean and be wasted is nothing short of irresponsible. Republicans have solutions and support capturing this water to ease the pain of drought. https://t.co/qeAomL9jF6
Last night, I got word that Governor Newsom would be visiting my District today to talk about the 'climate drought'. Here are my thoughts on his visit... 1/4 https://t.co/WD710YrKVK
RT @KevinKileyCA: When you're told to take a shorter shower as water flows abundantly into the ocean, your government is broken.
Don<U+2019>t be mistaken. There is no <U+2018>ongoing drought<U+2019>. This is a water shortage caused by bad policy and misplaced priorities. https://t.co/AZVJzh7Lpv
Maybe it was the wrong year to cut funding and intentionally deceive people on your wildfire prevention efforts? 👀 https://t.co/E60YzfyKrk
6⃣Supermajority passes weak bills, pats each other on the back claiming victory.7⃣Fires emit millions of tons of carbon, obliterating all CA climate achievements. 8⃣Gavin Newsom announces he will ban leaf blowers9⃣Label those who had solutions 'climate deniers'. 🔟 Rinse, repeat
Banning gas vehicles by 2035 isn’t going to do a thing to stop fires happening right now. Only better forestry management can do that. And it’s better climate policy.
Did you know that wildfires produce more carbon than all the cars in CA? But the Air Resources Board doesn't count wildfires in their greenhouse gas inventory. It's like Dept. of Ed. delaying the release of student test data because they know it's going to make them look bad.
