Craig P Blair's annual historical pay since he was in the house. The last 2 years have been awfully good. Over $65,000 in 2022 before expenses. After expenses, he is knocking down over $100k per year. If the pay raise bill passes, he'll go above $150,000 for a "part-time" job. https://t.co/rfrldg7qy7
Not having bills or amendments read makes a difference. We just amended the legislative pay raise bill SB 740 to 50% of household income. I heard 50% of per capita income & voted yes. I have worked against the raise consistently due to Blair's abuse of duty days but here I am.
Incredibly foolish to think Healthcare workers in the guard are just sitting around waiting for the call. If you're a doctor in the guard you're a doc outside too. If a nurse in? Yep nurse in civilian life too. Activating them will pull them from their job to do the same job. https://t.co/zSARyFksXg
RT @TomRoten: How does a part-time legislator work 5+ days per week, every week? @SenatorKarnes questions "duty pay" of WV's Senate Preside<U+2026>
Its easy when you understand the left isn't helping their friends, they are managing their property. They believe they own the means of production. Workers are the means of production. Senate passes legislation to avert nationwide rail strike https://t.co/33FROogd3Z
Is @JoeBiden going to use Chinese slave labor to kill West Virginia Coal Miner's jobs? Just how far will this radical socialist go to serve his twisted ideology? https://t.co/cAILRzXcfJ
The real story completely ignored by Metronews is @ElectCraigBlair 's massive abuse of duty days & expense reimbursement. He is clocking $120k per year for a $20k per year job. WV has a history of senate presidents finishing their service in a federal prison. Is Blair next? https://t.co/wKGC40YSYg
@agraybee Unions can easily fit into the Republican base. Focus on pay, benefits, and safety and leave all of the woke DEI, transgender nonsense behind. Aside from teachers unions, the overwhelming membership of unions are hardworking, pro-America voters.
In forced union states, or RTW states, this is what you paid for with your union dues. Low wage competition, driving Americans out of the middle class. Biden Brags About Importing <U+2018>Record<U+2018> Foreign Workers to Compete Against Americans for Jobs https://t.co/IPKL5jvbCJ
