@haagsolutions @WaHouseGOP It’s complicated. Folks must buy carbon credits. Overall, the cost of this program will be 150 to 225 dollars per metric ton of co2 removal. The private sector can do the same for about 3% of the cost. The likely increase at the pump is predicted to be somewhere over$ .50 gallon.
