When arguing the asinine bills like HB25-1010 “Prohibiting Price Gouging in Sales of Necessities”, we can only point out that the Dems are overwhelmingly putting fees and restrictions on businesses that sell necessities by creating more attacks in our daily legislation… Then they blame the businesses for charging more for Coloradans and open them up for frivolous litigation to pad the pockets of our colleagues who litigate those cases against our already struggling businesses… Therefore, I thought the bill should be appropriately named HB25-1010 “I ❤️ Trial Lawyers Act”… #RepublicanWhip
