Just got an update of todays version of John Bs BB gun backyard bonanza bird hunt. Would you (or anyone alive) believe that he has shot, hit & wounded (just not mortally) the exact same bird 3 days in a row? The eyewitness account of blood & bullet holes is compelling but >... https://t.co/XRDGpBc9xm

This past year we moved the Capitol Police department to the MS Dept of Public Safety & state funded at least 50 additional officers to provide needed increased police protection in this part of the city. All of this I supported with no regard of my own <U+201C>election chances.<U+201D> /4

@GeneralFundsBBQ Eddie - I agree, but would ask that you learn the facts. 1020 does not strip funding from the city. That is false & was spread by many. I would love to see the City of Jackson invest more into their law enforcement. Citizens should hold the mayor & his administration accountable.

JD Vance said in order to protect American children “we have to increase school resource officers in our schools.” For the last two years I have introduced & the MS House has passed the Mississippi School Resource Officers School Safety Act (MS ROSS) to place a certified SRO on every K12 school campus in Mississippi. Parents are demanding these protections & our children deserve it. I will be asking our MS House to pass this bill again and will plead with the MS Senate leadership to do the same. Guys - let’s please do this on the right side of history. @DelbertHosemann @SenatorHarkins @briggs_hopson
