Probably the most despicable action on the part of Michigan’s Governor Whitmer was closing down nursing homes to their loved ones who were prevented from being with the patients. Coupling that with putting together Covid and non-Covid patients to spread the disease further, and lastly, she denied the family members the only true way to monitor their loved ones and that was video evidence that could prevent abuse. She pocket vetoed my vital bipartisan nursing home bill that was passed through the legislature. She never gave any answer as to why. Perhaps it was to cover up this: A joint investigation by the "No BS News Hour" and the Mackinac Center for Public Policy reveals that the (DHHS) does not do a thorough job of scrubbing vital records to determine the true number of people who died of Covid in Michigan. But analysis shows that the Covid death toll may be 100 percent higher than the state reports.
Michigan, I wanted to bring your attention to a new bill the Democrats have up for hearing tomorrow in the Health Policy Committee. This bill seeks to introduce additional vaccine mandates for School children by adopting, through reference, rules established by the CDC’s advisory committee. These rules can carry the force as law. We’ve already seen how, under Secretary Benson, government departments have overstepped their authority, infringing on our rights, only to receive approval from the Michigan Supreme Court. If passed, the Department of Health would gain significant power to impose more mandates on children attending schools. This could include, but is not limited to: 1.Setting specific age ranges for required immunizations. 2.Determining the earliest age at which vaccinations may begin. 3.Requiring a minimum number of doses within a given timeframe. 4.Establishing the minimum immunization levels needed for school attendance. 5.Regulating the collection, maintenance, and sharing of data in the immunization registry. It is crucial to stay informed and engaged on this issue, as these changes could have significant implications for parental rights and public health policy. So contact the members of Senate Health policy Committee and tell them to vote no!
