Well, my home/auto insurance rates have been going up and up. Much of the increase has to do with the so-called auto no-fault reform, which was ostensibly to reduce rates. It appears insurance companies are raising just about everyone’s rates. They also tell us we in Michigan are paying higher rates because of claims in Florida and California. So if those states have such wonderful weather, but also have to deal with fires and hurricanes, why do we in Michigan pay for that? Why don’t they take those risks into consideration and increase these states rates appropriately. We don’t have a fraction of the annual associated cost of their regional issues. They’ve got the warm weather, the ocean, the wonderful climates, they should pay for their own risk. They should not be permitted to rate us with huge increases because of isolated cost elsewhere in the nation. Now I read the auto insurance companies want to film you inside your car, facial recognition, possibly recording every conversation, and use every bit of surveillance to explode your individual rates. Also the government loves this as they cannot legally do this to citizens but they can require all that data from insurance companies. Our wonderful government will be making car manufacturer spy on us 24 seven. Our loss of privacy and rights never end. Democrat are huge on surveillance and wanting to have all encompassing, all intrusive, government oversee every aspect of your life. But there’s always a lot of Republican whores on the take from the deep state as well.

So glad I could join @JDVance for his visit to Vantage Plastics. This was more than just a factory tour, it demonstrates Republican commitments to growing American industry. With leaders who believe in U.S. manufacturing, we can ensure that jobs, innovation, and prosperity stay right here at home!
Michigan, You can soon kiss your local restaurants goodbye, as then only fast food franchises will likely remain in Michigan. The Democrats are threatening the very livelihood of our small, independent restaurants across the state by refusing to act on critical legislation that would reverse their supported policy to eliminate tips for restaurant workers. This Democrat-backed change, which denies tips to service workers, would devastate Michigan’s restaurant industry and its employees, removing a vital source of income for our dedicated service workers. In response, we Senate Republicans introduced Senate Bill 991 to address and resolve this pressing issue. However, Democrats have ignored the concerns of restaurant owners, workers, and the broader industry. By failing to act on this crucial legislation this lame duck, they will obliterate Michigan’s restaurant sector and the countless jobs it supports. Save our tips! Save our tips! !!!
