@MaryEllenKlas @DannyBurgessFL So not true. Reign in the MGA's, require auto ins. companies to offer property, or just look at all my amendments from the last Special Session...there are MANY things that haven't been tried that won't hurt consumers!!
After years of being exempt from audit by OIR the law was finally fixed a few years ago, but OIR is not conducting any meaningful audits of the MGAs, instead allowing the shell game to continue and consumers to be fleeced.
