I have been a loud and vocal critic of vax distribution. But on a positive note, tonight Governor Pritzker called me and we talked for almost an hour. It was generally positive...and I appreciate him calling - but I want my constituents to know that I have conveyed your concerns.

Gov - get this done! We are 6 weeks in and only 1/5 of all nursing home residents (tier "1a") are vaccinated? 110,403 out of the 550,050 doses received. Florida acted decisively yesterday to vaccinate their most vulnerable...we have the doses, why not us?

@DonGerard I didn't see you trying to get vaccination clinics up and running when the Gov's office couldn't find "Cole" county on the map? And why couldn't they? Because it doesn't exist in Illinois. By all means, keep defending the "let them eat cake" crowd and have a good night!
