Dobbs update: Looks like we can write a law that simply says <U+201C>information related to abortions [or gender-affirming care] for out-of-state residents cannot be disclosed, even by subpoena<U+201D> This means Washington State wouldn<U+2019>t be an accomplice to enforcing bad laws elsewhere!

Our constituent Gov. Inslee just signed my incredible seatmate Rep. @TarraSimmons5’s bill (HB1078) restoring voting rights to people when they’re released from prison!! This is SUCH a big deal; God bless my amazing colleague &amp; the many who worked so hard on it for so many years
