I'm deeply troubled by the news of Azerbaijan<U+2019>s latest attacks on Armenia and Artsakh. Azerbaijan must refrain from further violence and respect the ceasefire it agreed to in 2020. The US must end all aid military aid to Azerbaijan. I stand in solidarity with the Armenian people.
