@ICT_Pinup @srothschild1 More information isn’t the point. The objective is to make life so difficult for teachers that they leave the profession, thereby weakening the system of public education. Their goal is the destruction of public education.

@eduwonkette_jen @ksucats96 Well duh. Supply and demand. The vouchers don<U+2019>t benefit the students or their families. They benefit the operators of the private schools. Econ 101.

@BillSpiegel @Davis_Hammet @ICT_Pinup @srothschild1 They want to expand (and government pay for) "Christian" private schools and home schooling, where curriculum can be tightly controlled and focused on one particular world view. Society would NOT be well-served!

@APjdhanna Can we all agree this is less than optimal? This has never been done before and frankly there will be a learning curve for all involved. Does anyone have a better option? To leave students in the classroom would have been the height of irresponsibility.

Comparing public and private education isn't even like comparing apples and oranges. It's like comparing apples and igneous rocks. https://t.co/MwRXWpNBWN
