@andymarso @KSTaxEconomist @eremitical @KsPolicy When people get COVID and die, it reduces demands for state and federal social services. In the metric of Michael and his bosses, that's a good thing. I mean, its mainly the old and infirm, right?

Some communities have all that; others just can’t get over the hurdle.
