@TravisFain You are too kind. I usually feel ill prepared, and definitely regarding H951, the Duke Energy bill. I don’t think anyone expected the votes to be there to bring it to the floor that evening, but I obviously underestimated @NCHouseSpeaker’s ability to corral votes!

Error re item #6,I meant solar leasing, not third party sales, NC is the only state with a cap. (I am working from memory and not my notes) 😊Additional cons in the bill: 9) no mention of wind(NC has some of the best wind resources on the east coast); 10)ban on joining RGGI
