@brandonsmithnyc Time will tell if the people have to. The governor has already begun the process of amending our state plan to include the expansion population, and the constitution requires them to continue that process. We also may still add the funding back on the floor or in the senate.

@tonylovasco @jeremycady The statute pretty clearly reqs jurisdictions to take a ballot to someones home if they become confined after the request deadline. Some LEAs said it only applies to hospitals (it doesnt) and some say they wont do it cuz COVID risks to workers. Most are now trying tho.
