At this point, not giving these businesses the opportunity to operate responsibly, winners and losers are being selected. If a business can safely and effectively adhere to and enforce local and state orders, they should be afforded the opportunity to operate. (2/2)

@texastabc has approved new rules allowing bars to count the sales from prepackaged food and food trucks as food revenue. This will help bars raise their total revenue from food to above 51%, which is the threshold needed to qualify for a food and beverage permit. #txlege
