@GBowings @MarvinDunn4 <U+2026> culpability is for the purchaser and what was ultimately done with that purchase. If I sell a cow and the purchaser abuses the cow should I also be charged with animal cruelty - of course not. As repugnant as it was, slaves in America were seen the same as cattle.
