Democratic MD Senate

For nearly 6 weeks, the Hogan admin called the cyber attack on the Dept of Health an <U+2018>incident<U+2019>, not a <U+2018>hack<U+2019> &amp; stated no data was taken. The dept came to a virtual standstill. Yesterday, they called it a ransomware attack &amp; revealed they knew it on Dec 4. Honesty? Forget it.
