Charles must've noticed his brother went home because over the last 2 days he progressed so much that he came home today! There were so many times where we didn't think this moment would happen. Eyes filled with happy tears wheeled the twins out of the hospital for the last time. https://t.co/gqQEpEy3sF
What a difference one week can make. This is Charles. Both boys are off CPAP/Oxygen, and are tentatively done with IVs. They are taking a break from the "tanning beds" and are gaining weight! Still eating via feeding tube. Their progress, so far, has been "identical" 😉 https://t.co/7eJHO1w1CL
WE DID IT! Final bumpdate before the boys arrive. We made it to our "2nd best case scenario" of 32 weeks. This marks 8 weeks of being in on-again-off-again early labor. Nervous & excited to bring the boys earthside & get them the help they need in the NICU. #teamcolemantwins https://t.co/MDQbt39ZPX
These little guys have only been home a few days, but are already 1 month old. Their 1st month of life was a wild ride, spent weaning them off countless interventions until we were finally able to hold them without any wires, IVs, tubes, breathing machinesc, etc. Love you, boys. https://t.co/7NETecooNi
33 weeks in, 33 weeks out! Not sure yet which method of carrying them was harder <U+0001F602><U+0001F605><U+0001F4AA><U+0001F3FB><U+0001F930><U+0001F3FB> https://t.co/bhrn43kejp
I spent years at @MedicalAlley talking about how how amazing @MayoClinic is. Today, however is different. Today I join the tens of thousands of people who travel to Mayo every year filled with hope. Words cannot express how grateful I am we have this institution right here in MN. https://t.co/2YLd1vVf4y

28 weeks! For a while we weren't sure if we'd make it this far. We are so grateful to be making this huge milestone. We have a very important scan Friday so please keep our little guys in your prayers! Next goal, 32! #twinmom https://t.co/e83aPjeBf5
The deep freezer is stocked with healthy freezer meals, the boys are bathed, my bills are ready to be dropped in the hopper. Let<U+2019>s do this! First day of session here we go! https://t.co/mCb4ithTO9
