Maybe this is good @GAChamber but vetting this would have been great, but it looks like the legislature, (see HB 838 Section 5) has overturned Georgia's longstanding Fireman's Doctrine. Umm wondering did @GeorgiaTLA put section 5 of HB 838 in the bill. Im reading Bycom Corp v White.1988 case. Clearly says "its the public policy of this state that a public safety employee cannot sue for negligence.but can sue for intentional conduct. Civil suit mean negligence? https://t.co/EX2z6O6gtl
