@edouglasmayhew @JeremyBWhite AB 1400 - A program big as 10 UC systems - must: 1. Be under Pol Reform Act. 2. Have fraud penalties (CHBRP says bill<U+2019>s aims can <U+201C>be limited by the presence of health fraud<U+201D>) (As with EDD) and 3. CalCare required by law to give Legis all info its committees need for oversight.
