The response to Sha’Carri is why many from our community don’t speak on their trauma and mental health. She didn’t make any excuses but her story has more context and deserved more than saying she dumb and etc. Also whether you use or not cannabis, weed, and etc should be legal.

In the legislature, we were able to get legislation passed that I hope will make our community better going forward. I went to Africa for my first trip out of the country. I started retaking classes<U+2014>second neck surgery in 3 years.
It<U+2019>s not a excuse but they need us. No matter what everyone that leaves us too early hurts because it shouldn<U+2019>t happen they are not making it to be 30 and up.
