Abortion is healthcare and healthcare is a human right. It's past time for Congress to enshrine the rights provided in Roe v. Wade in law so that everyone can continue to freely access reproductive care with dignity.

Im a proud supporter of reproductive justice and the #ROEAct. I look forward to voting in favor of amendment #759 in the House budget to remove barriers to abortion care that disproportionately harm low-income women and women of color.
Today was a beautiful day for East Boston to affirm that Black Lives Matter! https://t.co/q7gXL7k73C

Yesterday we held a briefing on a bill I filed with @JoanMeschino & @SalDiDomenico to create Access to Justice (H.1792/S.996). This bill would advance civil rights in MA by allowing victims of ‘disparate impact’ discrimination to seek relief/file claims in our state court. https://t.co/N7aJijlSDh
Happy #Juneteenth2020! Today we commemorate the end of slavery and recommit to ending systemic racism in all forms. Thank you to my colleagues for filing HD5141/SD2975 to make this important day a state holiday. https://t.co/HcWsiw0t6V
Justice Barrett has shown she is openly hostile to the protections enshrined in Roe v. Wade. We can't wait for damaging Supreme Court rulings before we protect access to safe abortion and care for all our residents. Massachusetts must pass the #ROEAct now.
One of the best things about #Eastie is our diversity! Each June we look forward to raising the #Pride Flag at Piers Park. While this years celebration was mostly virtual, Im glad we were able to affirm our communitys commitment to inclusion, equality & love. Happy Pride! < < https://t.co/2IcBmZGgrP

I was proud to stand in solidarity w/ reproductive rights advocates, elected officials & community members last week after the devastating Supreme Court decision overturning #RoeVWade. I<U+2019>m ready to continue the fight to protect & expand abortion care here and everywhere. #mapoli https://t.co/cBHKEN3ymD
