Proud to stand with our Governor @TeamPillen today to protect Nebraska’s water. Today, our team filed an original action at SCOTUS against the State of Colorado, asserting our rights under the compact we have with Colorado. Water from the South Platte River is absolutely essential to our future—and we will defend it!

Outstanding editorial on our fight against Colorado to defend Nebraska’s water. Proud to stand with @TeamPillen to protect one of the most critical resources. Thank you, @krvn!

I don't know Roger Kuhn, but I want to thank him on his retirement for his work in developing a recreational treasure in our state--Mahoney State Park. How many people have enjoyed the Park over the decades? How many priceless memories have been created? How do you even measure the impact? I don't know. But I do know that generations of Nebraskans have benefited from the Park, and from the visionaries like Mr. Kuhn who made it happen. Thank you!

Huge news for Nebraska today in the Supreme Court--our motion for leave to file our complaint against Colorado has been granted in its entirety! We now get the opportunity to vindicate our water rights in front of the highest court in the land. A very significant step for the future of our state. Great work by our water rights and solicitor general teams.
