@sandibachom @AndrewPlewe My father, with 5 kids, worked without pay during the 70's so NYC would not go bankrupt. He served in the navy, left Columbia to go "On THE JOB" as a teacher I was told to show up or quit. Integrity matters. Civil servants lead.
